An Athlete in the Family

I thought I'd throw this up for the family to check out. My cousin just started college at Northern Kentucky University. She is there on a volleyball scholarship and while checking the website the other day I found some pictures of her in action during one of her games.

Number four is Chelsea. She has been playing volleyball since...well, I don't know forever!

Here is what her player bio says.

Chelsea Clark Enters her first year at NKU ... outstanding hitter and good athlete ... could contend for playing time as a freshman. HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Yorktown High School ... collected a school-record 27 kills in one match for the Tigers ... named All-Hoosier Heritage Conference as a senior and sophomore ... named second team all-state as a senior in Indiana 3A ... also earned All-Delaware County and All-Area honors as a senior ... helped Yorktown to a No. 1 ranking in 3A most of her senior season ... coached by Mark Clark. PERSONAL: Born on Jan. 10, 1989 ... daughter of Mark and Robin Clark.

Now, I hope grammy can remember she saw these and come back to look at them whenever she wants without any trouble. I thought you folks in Colorado might want to see them too.

Kailani--Yep, there have been no other athletes in our family. I'm hoping Jaykeb will be one though...his father was.
